জাতির জনক শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের জীবনী অবলম্বনে নির্মিত ‘বঙ্গবন্ধু’ বায়োস্কোপ অভিনয় করছেন জাতীয় চলচ্চিত্র পুরস্কারপ্রাপ্ত অভিনেতা চঞ্চল চৌধুরী।
ছবিটিতে তিনি বঙ্গবন্ধুর বাবা শেখ লুৎফুর রহমানের (৪৫-৬৫ বছর বয়সী) চরিত্রে অভিনয় করছেন, যা বাংলাদেশ ও ভারত সহ-প্রযোজনা করবে।
মঙ্গলবার সন্ধ্যায় রাজধানীর ইন্টারকন্টিনেন্টাল হোটেলে চলচ্চিত্রের জন্য নির্বাচিত শিল্পী ও ক্রুদের সাথে একটি সূচনা অনুষ্ঠানে এই তথ্য জানানো হয়।

পরে চঞ্চল চৌধুরী বলেছিলেন, “বঙ্গবন্ধুর বায়োপিক একটি ঐতিহাসিক রচনা। এর সাথে থাকা মানে ইতিহাসের অংশ হওয়া, আমি এভাবেই ভাবছি। এর আগে বঙ্গবন্ধুর সাথে এত কিছু করা হয়নি। এখানে কাজ করতে সক্ষম হওয়া আবেগের বিষয়। ”

তিনি একমাস আগে ছবিতে অভিনয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করছেন; ছবিটি চূড়ান্ত হওয়ার পরে তার নাম আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে ঘোষণা করা হয়েছিল।

ছবিটি প্রযোজনা করছেন বলিউড নির্মাতা শ্যাম বেনগাল।

গত বছরের মার্চ মাসে শিল্পীদের সাথে একটি চুক্তি হওয়ার পরে ছবির প্রথম লটের শুটিংয়ের পরিকল্পনার অংশ হিসাবে করোনভাইরাস আক্রমণে এটি স্থগিত করা হয়েছিল।

২৫ জানুয়ারি থেকে ভারতের মুম্বাইয়ে ছবির প্রথম লটের দৃশ্যধারণ শুরু হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে। এতে অংশ নিতে ১৯ জানুয়ারি চঞ্চল চৌধুরীসহ বেশ কয়েকজন শিল্পী মুম্বাইয়ে উড়াল দিচ্ছেন।

চঞ্চল ছাড়াও শেখ লুৎফুর রহমানের (৬৫-৯৪ বছর বয়সের) চরিত্রে ‍অভিনয় করছেন অভিনেতা খায়রুল আলম সবুজ।

নির্বাচিত শিল্পী ও কলাকুশলীদের সাথে সূচনা অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন তথ্য প্রতিমন্ত্রী ড। মুরাদ হাসান, আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয়ক প্রধানমন্ত্রীর উপদেষ্টা। গওহর রিজভী, তথ্য সম্পাদক খাজা মিয়া ও তথ্য কমিশনার আবদুল মালেক।

অনুষ্ঠানটি উপস্থাপনা করেছেন বাংলাদেশ চলচ্চিত্র উন্নয়ন কর্পোরেশন (বিএফডিসি) এর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক নুজহাত ইয়াসমিন এবং ছবিতে শেরে বাংলা একে ফজলুল হকের চরিত্রে নির্বাচিত অভিনেতা শহিদুল আলম সচু।

এছাড়াও উপস্থিত ছিলেন তথ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের অতিরিক্ত সচিব জাহানারা পারভীন, উপসচিব সাইফুল ইসলাম, পরিচালক (জনসংযোগ) মীর আকরাম উ আহমেদ, ‘বঙ্গবন্ধু’ চলচ্চিত্রের বাংলাদেশের অংশের লাইন প্রযোজক মোহাম্মদ হোসেন জামে।

He belongs to the cultivation Lucknow, India. From his childhood, Pranay was surrounded by an environment that was richly invested in the art of music. His friends and family all loved music. Other than music, he also loved sports. He really loved the dynamic of tracks and field. He was so good at sports and he made it to the college team in his state Missouri Southern State University.

After some time in early 2016, he realized that his keen interest in track and field were starting to falter and began leaning into the field of becoming a musical artist. This was something that tore Pranay apart having to make such a difficult decision but a promising one at that. His social circle revolved around music lovers, so he was inspired to do the same thus making his way to music.

Making a name out of nowhere was not easy, and Pranay knew that. He always loved anime culture and its characters. He loved the anime show named “Dragon ball Z” and this show gave him inspiration and ideas to make a stage name for himself. Pranay Ranjan pays tribute to the protagonist Son Goku. This inspiration doesn’t end here, he also has a graphic design artist named Blue Nova, and pay tribute to the Japanese anime style in the cover art for his singles or projects. He also made some of his anime characters in order to get any chance of making it to the anime movie or tv show part of business and one day be lending the voice for his anime character.
